Storage is storage, right? Well, sort of. It works best when it’s conveniently located and affordable so that that trailer or boat or whatever doesn’t cost you too much to put away for a short or a long while.

That’s why we created Portland Outdoor Storage. We’re located right next to Portland Motor Club on Presumpscot Street about a half mile away from Washington Avenue in Portland, Maine and close to the Falmouth line. Whether you’re from Portland or from Freeport (or any of the towns in between — Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth, North Yarmouth), we’re probably only about 15 minutes away from you — at most!

Portland Outdoor Storage is designed for easy in and out access — we are not designed for self-access but that doesn’t mean it’s difficult to get to your storage. Just call and we’ll set up something that works.

The cost is simple and affordable — $2 per square foot annually. If your boat trailer is 30 feet long from stem to stern and it’s 10 feet wide, that’s 300 square feet x $2/sq. ft. = $600 per year — for the whole year — switch out your snowmobile trailer when it’s boating season and vice versa. You can instead prepay at a $50 monthly rate as long as the item is under 300 sq. ft.
